Cannot proceed with lessons
I’ve purchased a one year subscription and logged into the app with the user name I received by email. I started the French pastry technique course, however after the initial lessons I cannot proceed amd it’s asking me to join and pay another subscription. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for reaching out. I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this issue with accessing your course, but don’t worry we’ll try to solve it together.
This kind of situation is usually related to your user account or the way you’re logging in.
I suggest following these steps:
1. Log out from the app or platform.
2. Log back in using the username and password you received by email.
3. Check if you can now access the videos, recipes, or courses.
If after following these steps you’re still unable to access the course content (recipe book and videos), please send an email to soporte@scoolinary.com explaining the issue you’re experiencing. If you can attach a screenshot of the error message or the screen asking you to pay again, even better it will help the support team assist you more quickly.
The support team will provide all the information and help you need.
I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know once the issue is resolved, just to make sure everything is working fine for you.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it seems to be working fine now. Thank you so much.
