How do i switch accounts on mobile?
When I went into a course it sent me to safari and prompted me to pay for the subscription there, which I did, however it would not let me since apparently I already had an account in the app so I had to make a new account.
I’d also like to add, this is kind of bs for how much is being paid. We should be able to pay for a subscription with an account that already exists, and make it not near impossible to find where to start a subscription in the app. maybe redirect to subscribe in the app instead of redirecting to safari???? this is seriously stupid and makes it feel like its on purpose to scam stupid people into buying multiple subscriptions.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any confusion regarding your subscription.
Anyone can create an account on Scoolinary and preview the courses, although some content is exclusive to subscribers. If you already have an account, there’s no need to create a new one to subscribe. You can simply use your existing username and password to upgrade to a paid subscription and access all the content on the platform.
We understand that being redirected to Safari may have been confusing, and we appreciate your suggestion.
To resolve your specific case, we recommend reaching out to our support team at soporte@scoolinary.com.
They’ll be happy to assist you with any questions about your subscription or account activation. Please note that they are available online from Monday to Friday.
