    The best fondant for covering a cake depends on the quality you’re looking for and the country you’re in, as not all brands are available everywhere.

    Some well-known international brands include Satin Ice, Renshaw, Massa Ticino, Fondx, and Wilton. If you’re looking for a more elastic fondant with great flavor, Massa Ticino is an excellent choice. If you prefer something more affordable and easy to find, Wilton or Renshaw are good options.
