    Marinade ,gold quail.

    When everything is finished with the preparation,we leave the vegetables in vinegar for 12-24h and i didin”t understand what to do with the quails ,where do we leave them?

    Hi Goran Petos

    The quails are left to rest along with the vegetables and the escabeche liquid in an airtight container for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator. This allows the quails to absorb the flavors of the escabeche, just like the vegetables.

    Make sure the quails are completely submerged in the escabeche liquid for even marination and proper preservation.
