How many loves does this recipe make with 530 grams per loaf of dough for the traditional and chocolate panettone. The recipe at the top says 10 und but I am not sure what that means? Does this mean 10 loaves?

        Hi Tracy.

For the panettone recipe, it yields 10 units of 530 grams each. If you add up the dough from the first and second kneading along with the amount of dried fruits, you get approximately 5.446 kilograms of dough, which is enough for 10 panettones of 530 grams each. For the chocolate panettones, it yields 13 units, as 2.300 kilograms of chocolate chips are added. The quantities in the recipe are based on the yield of the base dough.

        Best regards.

<div>Thank you so much! I actually came up with 5496g, not 5446g for the traditional recipe with dried fruits. Also, quick other question, for some reason my videos are now playing all in Spanish, not sure what I did but how do I change the videos back to English.</div>

      Hi Tracy.

To select English as the language, go to the main menu, and at the bottom, you’ll see the language section for English or Spanish. Re-select English as the language.

It’s also possible that the course you’re watching is originally in Spanish. In that case, you’ll need to re-select the English audio for that specific video.

Let us know if these changes help improve the experience.

      Best regards.

Hi, just to let you know, for other students you need to give them the specific information in the video. I finally found where this is. You need to click on the headset icon in the bottom right hand corner, “Audio Track” from there you can choose English or Spanish. That is what I was trying to find out. 🙂

      Hi Tracy.

Yes, we are aware of that information, but I understood from your previous message that you were referring to being able to watch the videos in English by default, regardless of the original language, and now you couldn’t anymore. This is usually because the English language option gets deselected for some reason in the general settings, and therefore, in the videos as well. That’s why I mentioned checking the general settings.

It’s great to know you found the solution. If you have any other questions, we’re here to help.

      Best regards.
