water kefir soda problem
Hi! So I tried to make water kefir soda and it was fizzy and fermented well but when I drank it it had a lot of foam but it wasn’t fizzy to in the mouth. What could be going wrong?

Even if it does not have gas, it is not an indication that something is wrong. If it does not have gas and other problems appear, I would completely discard the drink and start over by rinsing the fungus and feeding it again.
The lack of gas could be due to the bottle not being closed properly or having a gas leak point.
We will wait for the opinion of our colleagues so that they can give you more information about your query.
