@silviusevenday I have a similar oven. I bought it 15 days ago. But I’ve been burning the pizzas. Can you give me some tips? Do you lower the oven temperature?

@Carlos Roberto Campos I always make extra pizza balls because first pizza is for testing. Yes I cool it down just a bit but still I have flame all the time, just like a small piece of wood. I turn the pizza very often and try to make pizza a bit smaller so is not very close to the fire. I turn it like every 5 seconds. Good luck!
