The fish is raw but “cured” with lime juice. There is a fantastic course on ceviche. You will be making delicious ceviche in no time.

I strongly recommend the Sriracha Mayonnaise:
Ingredients to make it:
1 dessert spoon of Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 unit of Lemon
1 pinch of garlic paste
10 grams of SesameTake the mayonnaise to a bowl and stir very well until it has a slightly liquid consistency.
