My first self bake donut from class Richard Bies. very nice but mine doesnt have the belt. I use pf. bake 1/4 of full recipe.

Do you think it helps a beginner to make the perfect donut?

You should try. Now I make donut every day for my staff. It’s getting better from day one. My daughter and son said it was better than the other day. It’s doesn’t have to be perfect at the beginning. Room temperature and equipment are different so adjust your own technique.
