Trying out more than just a bi-colour Croissant.
Regular recipe, used a blue food colour for the main dough, red for the bi-colour layer.
The main dough turned out purple. 🤣
One day, I’d like to get each wall of the honeycomb to be a different colour.

Baby spinach, forgot the Avocado 🙄
Sriracha mayo, minus the lime because I forgot to buy one. 😩
I used Red Leicester cheese instead of cheddar, I love the taste of it.

I have to apologise. I have been really unwell, with whatever the heck is going around in Melbourne at the moment. 🤢
The whole family has been down with it. I haven’t kept up with the learning pathways (tracks).

I completed the first task. I made Italian meringue. I was wanting to use it for a dish, however, I ran out of time.
I was sure I had filmed myself piping the meringue, but I don’t know what happened to the footage.

I tried to upload video, but there is a 10mb size limit. I did use my lowest resolution settings on my iPhone, one of the videos was only 8mb, but the app wouldn’t let me upload it.
