I enjoyed this arugula salad with dinner last night. The dressing includes lemon juice, honey and pomegranate molasses. It’s sprinkled with pistachios, pomegranate seeds and Parmesan cheese. It was zesty and refreshing, alongside fillet steak, roasted mixed peppers and steamed broccoli.

She said “pomegranate molasses” 😋 Here in Argentina, pomegranate isn’t available, nor is the molasses. I would love to try it sometime.

@Sol Damiani I am very lucky to have access to pomegranate in the Middle East, it is everywhere. I used the molasses in the dressing and the seeds in the salad. They look like beautiful shiny jewels.
