      These may look like just two pancakes with fruit, but they are far from ordinary.

      These are Quinoa pancakes with fresh berries from the garden. Quinoa is a special kind of seed, and I know that in other parts of the world there are various species of quinoa. Here, I can buy only white quinoa, and without any additional sweetener, flour, or butter, you can make healthy pancakes:

      👉 soak the seeds in water for 30 minutes, 👉 then blend them with some more water.

      👉 Finally, fry the pancakes as usual.

        Thank you for sharing, I tell you that in my country it is very traditional to use quinoa, we use the white/cream colored one, we also have black and red quinoa.

          OMG @orsolya-csernak So you say that there’s no need to add butter or any other ingredient? 100% vegan? 😍 I actually have 100 grams of quinua in my cabinet. I’ll definitely try.
