I took the Hamburger course with Adam Biderman and got inspired 🙂
I made some Burgers the other day, including the Brioche buns from scratch.
I didn’t follow one to one the exact recipes, but I did make the patties as instructed.
It was delicious!Sol Damiani, Mercedes Delgado de Miguel y7 más-

Great job! Making brioche buns from scratch is already a challenge, but putting together the whole burger with sides takes it to another level. 🚀
They look beautifully golden and fluffy, though the base seems a bit more compact. Did you try adjusting the fermentation or kneading to get more air in? The curly fries add a fun touch to the plate, and that mix with sweet potatoes is a winning combo. I bet they disappeared in minutes! 🤩
Don’t forget to join our ongoing culinary techniques challenge—it would be awesome to have you participate! 🙌🏻

@sussan_scoolinaryteam thank you 🙂 I think I could have left them to ferment longer. The room was not quite warm enough for them to fluff up more. I will have to try better next time.

@betty-tsfoni It’s great that you’re analyzing the process and always looking to improve. Even so, the bread looks wonderful, and with a few small adjustments, it will be even better. Baking is a constant learning experience,it’s amazing to see your dedication! ❤️

Now I’m craving a good burger! 🍔🔥 Those brioche buns look absolutely perfect—golden, fluffy, and just the right amount of shine. You mentioned you followed the patty technique from the course; did you go for the classic smash burger style, or did you add your own twist to the seasoning? Either way, it looks like a bite of pure joy. Don’t forget to share it on social media as well, tagging us at @scoolinary_en and Chef Biderman @adambiderman!
