Thank you sol Damiani and sussan sorry for the late response I really enjoyed making the brioche bread yes it was a little bit challenging but I like the result I get my weather was a warm and the dough has a lot of butter I have to rest the dough on the fridge a lot of hours as the chef said and yeah I can’t wait making more and so exciting for this 🤗
