            @Sussan Estela Olaya yes I used Gorgonzola,Fontina , Taleggio and Parmigiano Reggiano.

            Ti make fluffy gnocchi I recommend to use only flour and potatoes.

            I seasoned the dough with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
