        It is most important to reduce food loss and waste for sustainability of natural resources.

          I buy less than ever, use my freezer more than ever and meal plan, to avoid buying things I don’t need. I try to keep the fridge empty, rather than full. I can’t see what I have in a full fridge, then I forget about produce and it starts to go bad.
