Grilled and filled avocado 🥑. A idea from the course of Dani Garcia – Mediterranean cuisine.
(Filling with feta, paprika, shallot… didn’t use coriander pesto but normal basil pesto, not everyone one likes coriander, probably will use some salmon or serranoham as well in the filling next time)

What a great idea inspired by Chef Dani García’s course, combining Mediterranean flavors. The vibrant colors of the ingredients really stand out on the plate, and the presentation is very appealing.
It definitely looks like a dish that invites you to try it,so fresh and delicious, perfect for those summer days. I think it’s an excellent option.

@sussan_scoolinaryteam thanks, well he is referring to all the products and tgeregion where I live in his course. And avocado 🥑 is now locally in season. So an obvious choice 😜.
