The golden color and shape of the croissants are perfect. From what I can see, there might have been a small issue with the lamination or fermentation that prevented the typical honeycomb structure from forming. Making croissants isn’t easy,it requires a lot of patience and many attempts to get it right. But with practice, you’ll master the technique. You’ll see that in your next tries, you’ll get even better results.

When I posted my progress on Instagram, someone actually told me to expect to fail the first few attempts, but even the “failures” would be delicious. So I got two out of three goals, I’ll take it for my first attempt! 😊
