I am starting the Christmas cooking, beef wellington. A first for me.
Turned out really good. Unfortunately i didnt see a receipt on scoolinary and i am practicing to make my course here 😁😁😁😁
The gravy i made with the tenderloin butter and the port was absolutely fabulous.
It feeled like Christmas…

Just before it is to late for the first day of the #ScoolithonMiniChallenge1
I am making beefstew… making this for 30 years and just love the texture and all the flavours you can add. And it is pretty easy too…. If you have the time.
In the summer i just domthis outside on an open fire, that gives it that extra outdoorish swimg to it.. smelling…

I just like the hoisin sauce so much. Pork tenderloin with hoisin and soya sauce with some roasted vegetables and noodles. Just lovely!

I cooked my first receipt from the thai cooking course from Intu-On Kornnawong. Laab moo (ลาบหมู).
I did change some cilantro to parsley, cause not everybody likes coriander. It was so refreshing and tasty. I was a bit sceptical at first, but just trust the process and you will enjoy. I cant wait to start with the next lesson.

On our Spanish forums, someone recently posted a thread on that topic, sparking a discussion to determine whether it’s due to genetics or simply chance whether one develops an aversion or not. 😄

I made some cornribs on the bbq today. Cook for 20 min with some salt. Cut them in quarters. Make some melted butter bbqrub sauce and put them on the cornribs. BBQ them for 20 min. Serve with some mixed creme fraiche , lemon and red pepper.
