      hello i get this error message, whenever i want to play the video
      i tried to change the device from android to PC, but nothing works.
      can you give me the solution

        I just checked the lesson and I’m able to view it correctly (see attached screenshot).

          Nickson: could you try again now? IT Team thinks it was a connection problem you had.
          We tested it from multiple user accounts, including theirs, and everything seems to be working fine. It was most likely a temporary connection issue.

          Please also tell us if it happened with any other lesson.
