Vegan natural emulsifier
Escrito por ruth guthrie on diciembre 3, 2023 en 09:41In the Vegan pastry course the instructor uses a “natural emulsifier” in making a mango mousse. Can you tell me what exactly that is please, is it lecithin or pectin or something else?

Hi, @littlenutkitchenicloud-com
Yes, it is soy lecithin.
I don’t know if you can find this brand of product in your area, but the Sosa brand sells natural emulsifier.Greetings.

Thank you Sussan! I appreciate the prompt reply 🙂
I can get Sosa products, however it is more common to find liquid sunflower lecithin
Thank you!

Hi dear Ruth @littlenutkitchenicloud-com
Which model and brand is your cellphone so I can report it?
We would love to see photos of your preparation when you accomplish it. So here we will be waiting☺. Have a great day-
Hi, I’ve had another go and I see that it is ‘submit’ in the app, but ‘post’ in a browser. So no problem, just me failing to check fully.
Many thanks 😊
