We understand that making the sheets by hand is an essential part of Turkish cuisine. In this course, we chose to use pre-made sheets to focus on other techniques and recipes, but we appreciate your suggestion for future content. Sometimes, due to video length, we’re unable to include every step of the process.
Our goal is to balance tradition and practicality, providing useful tools for both professionals and cooking enthusiasts. We truly value your feedback and are always looking to improve to offer you the best possible experience.
