Normally you get half the liquid that is used to make chicken broth. For example, if the recipe calls for 5 liters of water, you will end up with approximately 2.5 liters of chicken broth.

Hi, I was looking at the recipes and it does have the amount of water, it just says “water”. I looked to Spanish and English recipes since I also notice the Spanish one does even have the amount for rice.

For the fumet or seafood broth you need approximately 10 to 12 liters of water, for the fumet or vegetable broth you need 8 to 9 liters of water and for the fumet or broth you need approximately 10 liters of water.

You can reduce it depending on the concentration you want. You can prepare the amount of broth depending on the amount of rice you are going to produce, prepare the amount of broth you need. If you have any broth left, let it cool and freeze it for later use.
