    Hello, im sorry but Im missing in this course the video of lamination of flaky brioche dough as its in the recipe book, could you please add it? Thank you 🙂 Tereza

    Welcome to the Scoolinary community!

    The content team informs me that the process for laminating brioche is the same as for croissants, which is covered in Lesson 13 (hand lamination with a rolling pin) and Lesson 16 (machine lamination).
