Yo just start the course of pates de fruit, i could not see the cutting machine which Chef used.
Cn you add it to the equipment list with its name.

As the chef indicates in the course, use a guitar cutting machine for gummies, chocolates .You can find these machines on Amazon.
It also indicates that if you do not have a cutting machine you can use a ruler and a knife to cut the fruit paste.
