You don’t need to thaw the croquettes in this case if they’re made of potatoes before frying them. In fact, frying them directly from frozen can help them hold their shape better and become crispier on the outside, while cooking perfectly on the inside. Just make sure to adjust the frying time to ensure they cook all the way through.
If you have a specific croquette recipe you’d like to check for freezing and cooking, I can review it and help you with the cooking times and temperatures.
Best regards.

Thank you Sussan, I prepare them with home made vegan bechamel, and I add some potatoes flakes. Plus some green vegetables (spinaches, zucchini, peas…)

For the croquettes you mentioned, which include very delicious ingredients, there’s no need to thaw them before frying or cooking, especially if they are well breaded. In fact, frying them directly from frozen can help them maintain their shape and achieve a crispy exterior. Just be sure to adjust the frying time, as they will take a bit longer to cook through when frozen.
For the best results, fry them at a moderate temperature (around 170-180°C) so they cook evenly without burning on the outside before the inside is fully heated.
We hope this information is helpful.
Best regards.
