Croissant dough

I tried mr. Antonio croissant recipe using home mixer and it didnt get me the right texture ,does it ger different using a home mixer.

Hi Alwalid.
Yes, absolutely. A home mixer and a professional mixer have different capacities and power when mixing, which is why you’ll get a different result.
As a recommendation, you could try making 1/4 of the croissant dough recipe so that your mixer can handle it, and alternate with manual kneading to avoid overheating the mixer’s motor.
