    Yes, it is absolutely possible to prepare this pudding the night before and have it for breakfast. In fact, letting it rest longer in the fridge will allow the chia seeds to hydrate even better, giving the pudding a creamier texture.       Hi, Susan’s answer was helpful but I think the recipe is not good. 60 grams of matcha is way too much. 👋

        60 grams of matcha might indeed be a lot, as matcha has a strong and earthy flavor.

        If you feel it’s too much or you prefer a subtler taste, you could start with 2-3 tablespoons (about 8-10 grams) and adjust to your liking. This way, the tea flavor will be milder and won’t overpower the dish. You can always add more if you feel it needs an extra touch!

        And if someone tries it and prefers a stronger flavor, they can sprinkle a little extra on top when serving.

    I have news!The amount of matcha is correct, but I must clarify that original matcha can have different flavor grades, from strong to more subtle, and it still remains authentic matcha. This mainly depends on:

    The quality of the green tea:

    Ceremonial grade: Has a smoother, sweeter, and umami flavor, with less bitterness, ideal for drinking on its own.

    Culinary grade: Tends to be stronger and more bitter, perfect for recipes like ice creams, desserts, or smoothies.

    So it’s likely that in the recipe, they are using a ceremonial-grade matcha, which is why they recommend 60 grams. If you have a more concentrated matcha, like culinary-grade, you can use less.
