Hi @Dyland 👨🍳 Please tell us how the reception of these dishes went. Which one did you find most difficult to achieve and why? Also, which one did you like the most?

@Sol Damiani in terms of difficulty I would say that the Egg timbale, since I had to buy the molds for the shape and other ingredients that I couldn’t find easily in store. The recipe for the mixture of the timbale it’s also a bit off, it makes to much mixture.
