I made Pugliese focaccia instead of baking bread. Tomorrow is back to school day and my daughter needs ‘niste’ we call here in Norway. So, I decided to give it another try🥰 I am sooo satisfied , so as my daughter that we even have it for dinner. She loves pepperoni with pineapple pizza toppings so I made one of it. It is crunchy on the outside and so soft inside. I cannot believe that I did it🙀 The other 2 has onions and cherry tomatoes, (store opened today), bit of fresh garlic, blue cheese, and feta with olives, and right amount of Maldon salt this time👍😍 Thank you Luigi🫶❣️

Luigi is happy, Gracie’s daughter is happy, we are all happy 😂 Pizza and salad is the best combination ever.

@Sol Damiani all that I can remember was that Luigi said about resting it for 5-10 mins, I guess, well i did it before actually I let it for the first rise. Oh I used lukewarm water, was kind of in hurry🫣 instead of 2 hours resting, it was an hour only. And I had the oven for 50 degrees and turned it off, like a couple minutes before I put it in for the first rise. Told you, in a hurry😊. Then formed it with toppings and cover it and rest for around 20 mins. I am sooo glad about this. My daughter kept raving how good it is. 🥰
