That country-style bread with purple sweet potato and coconut has such an eye-catching crumb those colorful swirls make you want to grab a slice right away! I really liked how the sweet potato chunks are incorporated, and I’m sure the coconut adds a natural sweetness and a lovely aroma as it bakes. It must be delicious both with sweet and savory toppings!
Have you tried toasting a slice and pairing it with a bit of butter or cream cheese? I bet the contrast would be amazing. It also looks like the perfect bread to surprise someone with at a snack time or a special breakfast!

I told him the process of fermentation and baking. This country bread recipe from bread essential course is amazing 🤩.
