@sussan_scoolinaryteam Thank you so much for the kind words! 🌸🥧 I’m so glad you enjoyed the pie — it definitely feels like it has its own story to tell. The filling was a mix of apple, rhubarb, and raspberry, as inspired by Julie Jones’ recipe.
I do have a couple of questions though! The transfer of the top pie with the decorations was tricky; I had to do it in two halves because it broke. Do you have any tips to improve this step? And the spaghetti design—while fun, it took forever since the shortcrust pastry was delicate, and the strands were really short. Any suggestions on how to work with it more efficiently?
