The trickiest part was honestly the pacing—the whole process demands patience, letting each layer set properly in the freezer before moving on. Also, getting the chocolate at the right temp for that clean, smooth coating made such a difference!
The most fun though? The airbrush for that textured hazelnut look—I felt like I was painting a sculpture 😄
And yes! I did tag both Scoolinary and Chef Damien—was so thrilled to get a heart from him! Huge encouragement to keep going 🙌
