To achieve that deep, earthy flavor, I used a mix of porcini, chanterelles, and champignon mushrooms. Each brings its own character, and together they created a nice balance, enhanced with a touch of Madeira wine for extra depth. The toasted hazelnuts and Parmesan fondue helped tie everything together.
