Ginger Snap cookies from the course of Anna Gordon

For the first time I’ve done them this Christmas, and my family, and also all of the classmates of my daughter fell in love with them. So now I make them quite often. This is my Sunday’s batch, they’re spicy, and absolutely gorgeous. This time I followed the advice of Anna and made them bake somewhat longer, a couple of minutes more, for the crisp.

Those cookies look amazing! You’ve definitely got the hang of it,they turned out beautifully golden and with that crispy texture that makes it impossible to eat just one.
Great tip ✔️ on baking them a couple of extra minutes,sometimes, a small tweak like that makes all the difference.
