Black Forest Entremet recipe from Antonio Bachour First time made by me. The decor îs not the same but i love it anyway ❤️

That glaze is so shiny I can almost see my reflection in it! 🤩 Was it tricky to get it that smooth?
The butterfly details add such a nice touch, they look like they’re about to take off!
By the way, the gold base really makes the red of the entremet pop. If you ever want to try a different presentation, a black or matte base could make the color stand out even more. Thanks for sharing! 😊

That looks absolutely delicious! 😍 Even if the décor isn’t exactly like Bachour’s, you’ve made it your own, and that’s what makes it special. How did you find the recipe—was it easy to follow, or did you run into any tricky steps? This could be a great candidate for the #TechniquesChallenge, right @sussan_scoolinaryteam ? Those layers and textures are a true test of precision! Keep sharing your creations; we’d love to see more! 👏

@soldamiani Yes, this dessert is definitely a strong candidate for the challenge. This recipe incorporates emulsification, whipping, gelification, gelatin hydrolysis, baking, freezing, layered assembly, and mirror glazing— all essential techniques in modern pastry.
So @Liz_ don’t forget to include the #TechniquesChallenge to join.
