      Made Walnut, cranberry and rosemary bread. While the color isn’t as dark as I would have liked, when I tap it you hear that hollow sound.

          @sussan_scoolinaryteam Oh Sussan, it turned out great. The inside is soft while the outside was nice and crispy. I liked eating it plain. I love the taste of the rosemary. My husband enjoyed it toasted and with butter on top. I am so happy with Scoolinary, I am learning so much. And I absolutely love the feedback.

            @soldamiani Hi Sol. My oven has a proofing system. I checked the temperature the oven reaches when proofing, 90 degrees Fahrenheit. So I know the temperature for proofing was good. I had never baked using a Dutch oven, but my sister has. She suggested that when I prepare the Dutch oven to preheat it. When I make this again I will try that. I followed the instructions and allowed the time for the dough to double. My family really enjoyed this bread. Here is a photo of the inside. Yummy 🤤
