I’m so passionate about the French Pastry Techniques course and have fallen deeply in love with the variety of creams and pastries.
Yesterday, I made this Tarte au Citron. It wasn’t 100% perfect, but I truly enjoyed making it.

I couldn’t make the lovely donut for the challenge, but I baked this lemon cake instead.
