I really wanted to share my Profiterole pyramid yesterday, but it was too late to write down all my thoughts.
First of all, thank you, @Sol, for drawing our attention to the French Pastry Techniques course.
It’s absolutely fabulous! I followed every single step of the choux pastry preparation, and it turned out perfectly.
To be honest, my Profiterole experience is more connected to Italy, where I’ve always seen Profiteroles completely covered in cream. So, I prepared three different creams and brought a little taste of Italy into my kitchen.
It was the freshest Profiterole experience of my life! Today, I’ll invite my parents to enjoy a piece of Italy I created last night.
