Got a little ahead of myself trying out what I’ve learned in Rory Macdonald’s puff pastry class. I don’t mind admitting I need much more practice perfecting rolling (and not overloading the pastry to give it room to puff). But I have to say at least it tastes amazing! ☺️

What a delight! I love how your apple tart turned out.
Even though you say you still need some practice, I think the golden color and presentation already look amazing.
And most importantly, if it tastes as good as it looks, it’s definitely a hit! Mistakes get fixed with practice, so keep going,you’re almost there. 🙌🏻
