Just a disclaimer that this was way overly indulgent and not healthy at all, but inspired by the Two Chefs and a Knife fried chicken course, I made hot Nashville fried chicken and WOW it was so good.

Michelle, sometimes it’s worth indulging in something so delicious, especially when you’re inspired by such a great course. That Nashville hot fried chicken must have been a total hit!.

I spent most of my life in Nashville and have eaten a lot of hot chicken from the place it was created. I have to try this course just to see how it stacks up against the real deal!!!

Is it panko you used in the breading? I totally agree with Sussan. Self-indulgence to some extent can be healthier than no indulgence at all.👏

@Sol Damiani just seasoned flour! You double bread it. Which got everything super coated!
