My daughter was sick today, so I immediately made some chicken noodle soup. I love the vibrant colours of the mirepoix. There’s nothing like fresh food made with love to restore body and soul.

Oh no. Hope your daughter has a speedy recovery. We have a nasty cold going around at the moment (Melbourne Aus), it’s taking ages to get over. 😩

@Cary B Thank you, Cary. We live in Dubai and at the moment, it’s still too hot to play outside, so my daughter has been going to indoor play venues all week. Lots of exposure to all sorts of bugs, but she seems much better this morning.
