My dear Scoolinary friends,
Yesterday was the day I had invested a lot of work, practice, and passion. It was my final exam in cooking at a professional school of gastronomy. If you are here, you might have seen my pictures of all the menus and dishes I had made to prepare for the exam.
Now, one day aftrer the exam, I feel proud and happy with the result and the feedback from my teachers and the exam committee. We had to prepare a 4-course menu using the giveen ingredients.
My passion for cooking has only been growing as I follow my heart. I would like to thank Scoolinary for all the inspiration, support, and – of course – courses. Without you, it would not have been the same.
A special thank goes to @soldamiani 🥰🥰🥰 and @sussan 🥰🥰🥰 for the support and friendship.
