I strongly recommend the Sriracha Mayonnaise:

Ingredients to make it:
1 dessert spoon of Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 unit of Lemon
1 pinch of garlic paste
10 grams of Sesame

Take the mayonnaise to a bowl and stir very well until it has a slightly liquid consistency.
Add salt, pepper and a little garlic paste. Mix very well until the ingredients of the sriracha sauce are integrated.
Finally add the juice of one lemon to the sriracha sauce. Mix the ingredients of our oriental mayonnaise very well.
Serve the oriental mayonnaise decorating with a little sesame seeds on top. This spicy sauce is ideal to accompany, Bao, French fries or to use it as a sandwich dressing.
