Any good (i mean GOOD melty) vegan cheese recipe for mozzarella?

Tofu Mozzarella
Ingredients:
350 gr firm tofu
560 ml water
210 ml oil
5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tablespoon of salt
8 tablespoons of cassava starchMethod:
Everything to the blender. Transfer this mixture to a frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring slowly, until it becomes chewy and that’s it. To the mold or directly to the pizza.
Half portion: (equivalent to an amount for 3 or 4 large pizzas)
1/2 of 350 gr of firm tofu.
1 1/4 cup of water.
almost 1/2 cup of oil.
3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast.
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
1/2 tablespoon of salt.
4 tablespoons of cassava starch.
