I love the fact that with the techniques I’ve learned here it doesn’t take much time and effort to do the folds for the croissant dough. I wish the music wasn’t playing in the background, it was so annoying. Mr. Bachour is a wonderful teacher. I really enjoyed these lessons, Thank you
