to know what are the ingredients and how to mix them togthere with the right quantity

i liked how he explains the course and putting all this information in a short period of time but i hoped it would be a little bit longer and had more explanation on how to use the ingredients together and the measurements i know he showed us how but it will be much more help to get the kick off but of course you wont learn if you didn’t try yourself and got more experience with it.
