Interesting and descriptive!

That was a very informative course for me because I’ve heard of all those sauces and didn’t know what’s all about! Of course as a Greek I don’t use many of them, in traditional Greek cuisine only the bechamel and tomato sauce are widely used, also the tsimitsuri looks like the Greek olive oil- lemon traditional vinegrette. Amazing chef, such vivid descriptions, thank you, Ignacio and Scoolinary!
