INFORMATIVE AND FUN

I really enjoyed every bit of this course. From cooking the rice to making sauces, preparing the ingredients and building the poke bowls. The great thing about this course is that you can use the components like sauces or baked sweet potatoes etc in other dishes, creating salads and other asian dishes. I also enjoyed the clam manner , how the chef explaines and works in the kitchen.
