Confusing

Unfortunately I found it difficult to see what’s happening or following the exact process. I know very well sourdough and that only let me more or less stay on top however a numbers of descriptions or listing of equipment were not translated in English. I found the speaking translation was also “jumpy” from one step in to another without explanation of the process itself or giving enough info
